Annabel Abbs-Streets found a way to embrace her sleepless hours. Inspired by the history of women artists and writers who did some of their best work during bouts of insomnia, she started using her night hours to draw, sketch, write poetry, and go on night walks. She writes about what she discovered in a book called “Sleepless: Unleashing the Subversive Power of the Night Self.”
