Louise Barnett, author of “Ungentlemanly Acts: The Army’s Notorious Incest Trial,” tells Jim Fleming about the case of Captain Andrew Geddes.  In 1879, during the Victorian Age, Geddes was tried and convicted of slandering a fellow officer, even though the man was clearly guilty of sexually abusing his daughter.
