Jeannie Suk’s been on the front lines of the debate over what constitutes harmful speech for years. She’s a Harvard Law School professor and she says over the past decade it’s gotten harder and harder to teach one of her main subjects — rape law. Recently, she's heard students demand trigger warnings before her lectures, or ask that she not talk about rape at all. She tells Steve Paulson that it’s more important than ever to teach students about rape, because when it comes to sex, the line between what’s legal and what’s criminal is rapidly shifting.
