Zainab Salbi is the founder of Women for Women International, a group that helps women rebuild their lives after the devastation of war. The group funds multi-phase projects in education, political organizing and economic development and has run successful programs in ten countries including Rwanda and Iraq. Salbi tells Jim Fleming how her organization works and why it succeeds.
