Ricardo Lagos, economist and former President of Chile, wants the world to know that democracy thrived in his country for more than a hundred years before Augusto Pinochet overthrew the government of Salvador Allende, and it's thriving now that Pinochet is gone.  In the NEW and UNCUT interview with Jim Fleming, Lagos tells of the famous TV interview when he pointed at the camera and said "I speak for fifteen years of silence!"
