Aleph Molinari says the 70 percent of the global population who do not have access to digital technology are not being empowered to be educated, global citizens.
In attempt to overcome the digital and knowledge divides in Mexico, he founded Fundacion Proacceso. He tells Anne Strainchamps, through education centers in cities around the country, they're helping people get plugged in to the web-y world.
