Kevin Sheppard - Basketball in Iran

Kevin Sheppard wanted to be a basketball star… to play in the NBA, be a household name, maybe get his name on a shoe. He set himself up to succeed, too. Became a two-time all conference college player in Jacksonville. But he was never drafted to the NBA.

So when Iran came calling, offering him a chance to go pro in the Middle East, he took it. After Anne Strainchamps saw the documentary about Sheppard – called “The Iran Job” – she had to talk with him.
